I have to agree with you that playing with the kids really relieves you from stress. As for me, when I come home from work, instead of turning on my PC, I play with my niece. That makes everything light. I don’t even feel wasted even after a day’s work.

Playing with my Dad is one of my favorite moments when I was a kid. Family bonding will always be one of the best ways to wipe out stress.
